Education

Recently being asked by friends to try out teaching jobs, from secondary to college level. Kinda interested simply because the hourly paid is much more higher than a normal job. One hour of tuition could charge betweenRM35 - RM45 and lecturing could charge between RM60 - RM70. If taking up a home tuition as a part time with the rate of RM40/hour, 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, in a month could earn up extra RM1600! I guess is better than a fresh graduate paid and only need 40 working hours a month (or a week of working hour for a normal 9am-5pm job) ! Through my observation, i found out that parents in KL are willing to spend money on their children education. The demand of education is always there despite of economic crisis. Indeed, my lecturer told me that in recession, the college and university earn even more! Who knows maybe one day, i will opt to work in education line in the future as one of my career. :)

My B'day gift! Thank you! I guess everyone love to have some presents during their b'day, me too! Thanks to my dear and my sister! I havent make a wish yet, but those who are closed to me know what is my wish! :)

Recently facing some crisis, but i'm sure i can make it through! As quoted by Marlene vos Savant,

" Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent. "

Yes! Strongly agreed with him! Giving up is the worst case so do not give up easily when you are in difficulties!

I guess i'm lucky enough, if compared with others people in the world. Having enough food to eat everyday, better chances for education, flexi working hours, good friends around me, supporting family members, a nice and sweet gf, can drive a car, and been travelled to England-France-Italy-Vatican City-Belgium-Germany-Netherlands-Switzerland-Luxembourg-Austria-China-US. Google Chrome

First time using Google Chrome (a web browser), and it really gives me a real browsing experience! Lovin it~ Everything seem so fast to appear, within a blink of eyes, and you can even type in the words u wana search in the address bar for googling. Never seem to be so eager to introduce an application to friends, but this browser. Highly recommended for users who want to have a fast browsing application and try out something new.

Seem like google is trying to entrap all the internet users with everything from Google search engine, Gmail, Google Map, Blogspot, YouTube and ... try to Goolge yourself! Undoubtly it is gradually expanding their territories all over the world by using all these tiny high tech applications and uncover the creativities of human being.

Not trying to advertise for Google, in facts they really did a good job in making our life better and everytime it launches a new product it will give me a "WOW" kinda feeling!

$Money$

Well, I've been working few years since graduated back to 2005. Went through up and down of life and wondering are we working for money and do we really need to work for money? I agreed that money cant buy anything. However without money we cant live in this materialism society. In fact, we need money to survive because everything out there cost a little penny. From basic necessity such as food and water to "luxury products" such as cellphone and cosmetic. Unless your family still financially supporting your daily expenditure. Or else, you have to work out your own way for survival!

Back to the question, are we working for money? YES, if that is not what you love to do! And NO, if what you work is your passion and you love to do it regardless of how hard is it. Let me ask you one more simple question. What is your feeling when you get your salary? Happy? Excited? Apparently if you don't love what you do, no matter how big the amount, it's just like another figure to make your credit card payment, car loan and daily expenses where you will not be satisfied nor having any fulfilment of life, do you? Or maybe you will just spend it somewhere else, for a big treat or buy some-good-thing for yourself. However, somewhere or somehow there is not much satisfaction afterward.

Perhaps one day, I can shout out loud :" I'm not working for Money and NO longer need to work for Money!!"

The Good and Bad of Credit Card

Credit card is like a double edged sword, it can help you in the hard time while on the other hand turn you into deep trouble when it is not being used appropriately. I have encountered the situation i wanted to buy a highly desired product, fortunately i have a credit card to swipe and made the payment via monthly installment. In fact it is really helpful in this case to lease my burden at least i'm not urged to make the payment in one lump sum to get the product.

I did hear many of the people around me make their credit card payment only to the minimum payment, which i have never done that before (For god sake i'm able to clear the payment monthly). There is nothing wrong that you only make the minimum payment. However, it is strongly advised that people with credit card really know their statement's balance because the interest rate and the late penalty charges could really make you scratching your head and wonder why your balance is getting bigger and bigger even though you did make the effort to pay for it.

Probably you could read up the article on how to make your credit card to work for you to get a clearer picture on credit card usage.
