How to delete a hidden locked folder

Recently helping a client servicing a laptop, and my thumbdrive being infected by viruses and a folder being created, named "re". I tried many ways to delete the hidden folder but it keep on saying "Cannot delete file: Access is denied". Fortunately after google sometime, i am able to find a very useful program to clean up the mess for me, which is called "unlocker"! I'm using the portable unlocker and you can download it HERE. It is pretty easy to use and what you need to do is just open UnlockerPortable.exe and browse through the file or folder you need to delete and follow the instruction.

Sport

Recently scheduled myself to go for gym room every monday, wednesday and friday. Wondering why the radio stations keep on saying sport is good for health, and i just realized that after 1 hour of sport really make my day! The most important thing is it makes me felt better and healthier. However, good habits sometime are difficult to maintain, caused we are filled with a lot of excuses, no time, busy for work, no sporting facilities, got other more "important things" to do etc. Hence, we delay the sport schedule and ignore to train our fitness by having sport.

I heard about an interview suggesting that we should start to do sport early in the morning instead of evening, the reason laid behind was our body could be awaken and activated to face the challenge of the day.

Somehow i agreed some part of this point, however, i afraid after doing sport early in the morning i will need to have a nice sleep, then only could go back to work in the afternoon!

Something I Worried about Segamat

Suddenly something came out in my mind when i was in my small little hometown, named Segamat, situated somewhere in the north part of Johor. What made me worried about is the future and the development of my hometown. Many of my friends already went out of this small little hometown to other cities (such as KL, Selangor or urban area) or country (Singapore) to find a living, sadly i'm one of them. Maybe, it could be said that 9 out of 10 people went out of Segamat to find working and career apportunities in other cities.

Through my observation, in Segamat some of the mamak stall or cafe only serve one or two tables of customers, even during weekend! In contrast it is a big difference in KL/PJ where cafe or mamak stall are crowded with people and traffic around the mamak of cafe is horrible. The outflow of population is getting serious where the younger generation refused to stay in Segamat for career development. It could be one of the reason why the KL city is getting more and more crowded and the traffic are getting horrible day after day, regardless of how many flyover and roads being built and expanded, still the traffic jam in KL could not be solved.

Maybe some of my friends really love to stay in Segamat, however the lack the working opportunities or they cant find what they want here have prevented them to stay and work in Segamat.

Segamat is a place where i was born and have stayed here for more than 18 years. I love Segamat and my family especially the peaceful and slow pace of living lifestyle. I just wished that someday in the future, we all the 'segamatian' could contribute something to our little hometown to make it a better place.
